Betsy Sundermann & David Laing, July 28, 2012
Betsy and David have chosen formal china that stays with a white, green, and gold theme, but takes advantage of different patterns and textures. The effect is both elegant and yet versatile.
Anna Weatherley "Simply Anna"
12 dinner plates
12 cups & saucers
Haviland "Matignon Green"
12 dessert/salad plates
Herend "Rothchild Garden"
12 bread/butter plates
Also pictured is their crystal stemware, which is quiet but classic and elegant. The proportions and clarity are what allows the stemware to really stand out.
Baccarat Waterford "Araglin"
12 Ice Beverage Goblets, 14 oz.
12 Wine Goblets, 10 oz.

Here one can see how Betsy combined the patterns for serving pieces. The bride and groom had a keen eye for the interplay of texture between the china and the crystal.

For a more casual feeling, they requested numerous gift and entertaining accessories. Pictured below are three items from their list.
The thermal ice bucket is of hand hammered stainless steel.
On the right is a wine coaster from Annie Glass, one of several pieces from this collection. On the left, there are but two of the numerous options of Pillivuyt oven to tableware.
