Vallie Geier & David Tapke – June 11, 2011
Vallie and David are combining two dinnerware patterns; they selected these pieces with an eye to versatility for entertaining:
24 dinner plates, Gien "Filet Taupe"
16 salad plates, Gien "Filet Taupe"
16 rim soup bowls, Gien "Filet Taupe"
12 cereal or ice cream bowls, also "Filet Taupe"
16 mugs by Rob Turner "Floral Bouquets"
16 dessert plates, Rob Turner "Floral Bouquets"
The serving pieces will be a combination of both patterns; pictured below are several pieces, including a large oval platter and teapot, matching the mugs.

The soup tureen includes a round platter and bone china ladle.

The bride and groom have registered for many casual accessories to assist with entertaining in a fluid and easy manner. Pictured are some of the items from Mariposa and Simon Pearce, including the "Hartland" hurricane holders from Simon Pearce, and the large wine bottle cooler "String of Pearls" by Mariposa.

In addition, there are linen dish towels, cotton place mats, and more formal linen dinner napkins.
